My investment partner and I decided to put this site together to focus on building a community for people to share their ideas and knowledge on how to create wealth and achieve financial independence.
Between the two of us we’ve started an Internet Security Company, a VOIP company, bought and sold a couple of million dollars worth of real estate in several states, and put together private placement memorandums for various projects. We’ve also invested in private trust deeds, oil and gas projects, private businesses, stocks, commodities and coins. We have given investment seminars on real estate and presentations to VCs and have provided general guidance and mentorship on the risks and returns related to private investments.
We’d like to think we have gained some valuable experience in this field over the years and our goal is for us to share some of those experiences (both successes and failures) and convey some of our general expertise in this arena. Specifically, we wanted to share some of the wealth building lessons we have learned and I hope that you will share some of your insights and experiences too.
